Hi Mamas! I’m Kelly. I am a Women’s Health Physiotherapist in Sydney, and I am a lover of tumbling upside-down at gymnastics (crazy, right?), keeping myself active and exploring Sydney’s (and surrounding) sceneries. I am a self-confessed addict of coffee and brunch, baking, reading a great book as well as being a plant mum.
As a women’s health physiotherapist, I provide specialized management for women during the pregnancy and post-partum journey, and women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction such as incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain. I have 4 years of clinic and practical experience in working with expecting and new mums. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the Women’s Health Training Associates.
My passion is in helping mamas and mamas-to-be move, feel strong and be confident in their own body. Whether you are a new mama, an experienced mama, a to-be mama or considering being a mama, it’s so important to be able to do what you love and/or what you need to do every single day.
Pregnancy and motherhood is such a beautiful process, however it’s also a time where we can experience so many changes to our body; from changes to our pelvic floor, our bladder or bowel, our abdominal wall, our breasts and even the way that we move (no one tells you this!). The biggest thing to know is these changes are so common for mums and mums-to-be to experience, and I am here to support you with those changes!
My passion is in helping you to understand your body, and guide you to move, feel strong and be confident in your own body; whether you are a new mum, an experienced mum, a mum-to-be or are considering being a mum.
I provide physiotherapy services focusing on pelvic healthcare. This includes the healing, strengthening or retraining of your pelvic floor, c-section or abdominal separation healing and recovery, treatment of pelvic health conditions such as leaking, constipation or pelvic pain, addressing any injuries or niggles, or guidance in exercising during pregnancy or post-partum. These sessions are all about you!
I provide virtual Women’s Health Physiotherapy sessions, which can be done in the comfort of your own home via a secure video link, which means that you can do them from wherever you are in the world!
