I’m a fully qualified personal trainer specialising in postnatal recovery and women’s group fitness. I am certified as a postnatal trainer through Burrell Education, completing courses such as Advanced Postnatal Core-Restore Programming and Optimal Nutrition and Lifestyle for Postnatal Recovery and Healing.
Using my education and extensive experience, I have developed a holistic restoration program that offers proven healing strategies to help women to physically and emotionally recover after having a baby and to regain their pre-baby health, strength, vitality and confidence.
As the mother of three young and energetic boys, I understand the physical and mental challenges associated with early motherhood and beyond.
I offer functional training for new mums. Replicating how we move in our daily life and integrating the deep core and pelvic floor into the movements. My sessions aren’t just about the exercise. I teach you how to switch on your deep core and integrate into your daily movement and I do release work on pain. I focus on teaching you the appropriate do’s and don’ts for effective healing of their core. I also discuss important topics such as nutrition for healing, hormones in the postnatal period and helpful tips on positive lifestyle choices.
It’s never too late, postnatal recovery can support women at all stages of motherhood, 1 year on, 5 years on, 10 years on and longer.
