I’m Rose. I am a mama, artist and birth educator.
My passion is birth and postpartum education and preparation, ensuring the transition to motherhood is as smooth and as powerful possible through education and support.
I am a trained birth doula and postpartum educator.
I trained with Innate Traditions Postpartum Care and am certified to deliver comprehensive postpartum education and care both individually and collectively.
I work with mamas to prepare for both birth and postpartum, making sure they have access to all the information they need in order to make informed decisions that are aligned with their values, and how they wish to be cared for.
Postpartum planning whilst pregnant ensures the first 6 weeks are defined by bliss, connection and transformation. Too often we hear stories of how much of a shock it is to come home with a newborn. I am here to help prepare mamas and their partners for that sacred and vulnerable time in her life, armed with the care and tools she needs to make the most of her own rebirth into motherhood for the first, or fifth time!
I also offer closing ceremonies for new mums which are designed to support birth-integration. These are incredibly healing circles for women-only, with a focus on celebrating the mama’s transformation and passage into motherhood as loving witnesses. These are juicy and nourishing events that always make everyone feel good!
I also offer 1:1 birth-story debriefing.
I provide services online and in-person across the ACT and region.
I live in the countryside with my husband and toddler and love to organise community-based projects and events and work alongside women in this sacred time of life. I look forward to connecting with you.
