Hi! I’m Angela. I’ve got two kids in primary school, a great husband and a funny dog on short legs. I love to keep fit and active, run my dog, play with my kids, play the piano and curl up with a good book.
I’m a qualified physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience and have a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including back and pelvic pain. I exclusively do home visits in Canberra. I’m registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
New and repeat mums often experience musculoskeletal pain as a result of mothering. This may be in the back, shoulders, pelvis, hips or anywhere else, and is often a result of pregnancy, labour, feeding postures or carrying a baby or toddler. I can help you to understand, reduce and prevent pain from occurring or reoccurring by using a variety of manual therapy and muscle techniques and specific exercises, depending on your needs.
I offer face-to-face sessions in the comfort of your home on the north side and inner south of Canberra (I am unfortunately unable to see clients in Tuggeranong and Queanbeyan). I also offer Telehealth sessions anywhere in Australia.
